Our Services
Job Matching & Placement
- We refer qualified candidates from our database and Employment Specialists directly to your open positions.
- Job Trials: Hire candidates for 2–4 weeks to assess fit while receiving financial incentives to offset wages.
- Job Placements: Provide additional training to candidates while receiving wage reimbursement.
All funding supports are negotiated with the employer on an individual basis depending on needs.
Recruitment Support
- Assistance with posting jobs on our free job board.
- Resume collection, pre-screening, and interview coordination.
- Guidance on job descriptions, wages, benefits, and hiring strategy.
Apprenticeship
- Connect with skilled apprentices in Construction, Industrial, Service, and Motive Power sectors.
- Access federal and provincial apprenticeship incentives to offset training and wages.
Training Incentives & Grants
- Canada-Ontario Job Grant (COJG): Financial support for employee training. (This program is currently on hold while under review by the provincial government.)
- Brokered Incentive Agreements (BIAs): Customized support for hiring, onboarding, or training needs.
- Ontario Job Creation Partnerships (OJCP): Support for community and non-profit employer projects. This program is aimed at supporting community and non-profit groups who need assistance in their community development work.
Volunteer Opportunities
- Promote volunteer positions to CCA candidates looking to gain skills, work experience, or transition back into the workforce.
