A Visual Coordinator is a professional responsible for creating and implementing visual displays
and aesthetics that align with a brand’s identity and marketing strategies, particularly in retail
environments. This role Involves designing, organizing, and maintaining the visual appeal of a
store or product presentation to attract customers, enhance their shopping experience, and
ultimately drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Visual Merchandising: Design and set up in-store displays, window presentations, and
other visual elements to highlight products and promotions. Maintain visual standards and
ensure all displays are up-to-date and well-maintained.
Brand Representation: Ensure that all visual elements align with the brand’s identity,
messaging, and marketing goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand
consistency across all visual elements. Develop and implement visual merchandising
strategies to drive sales and enhance brand image.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to synchronize visual
displays with promotions, new product launches, and seasonal themes.
Inventory Management: Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure that the products
featured in displays are in stock and available for customers.
Trend Analysis: to create innovative and appealing visual concepts. Monitor industry
design and retail trends and incorporate innovative ideas into visual presentations.
Event Coordination: Plan and execute visual setups for special events, sales, or product
launches.
Training: responsible for training store staff on visual display standards and ensuring
consistency across different locations.

Skills/Qualifications Required:
Creativity: Ability to design visually appealing displays that attract and engage
customers. Ability to market products effectively through visual storytelling.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring that every aspect of a display is perfect, from lighting to
product placement. Customer service skills
Communication: Effectively convey visual concepts and ideas to team members and
collaborate with other departments
Time Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Trends: Stay current with industry trends to keep displays fresh and
relevant.
Retail Sales Experience: prior experience in sales and marketing roles with a strong
merchandising background
Proficiency: in visual design software.
