The Server/Bartender is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, serving food and beverages at various locations throughout the farm, and ensuring a pleasant and memorable experience for guests.

Your key responsibilities will include:

● Greet guests and take orders for food and drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
● Prepare and serve beverages, including wine, beer, and cocktails, as well as non-alcoholic beverages.
● Serve food and clear tables, ensuring that the space is clean and well-maintained.
● Follow all health and safety regulations and standards, including proper handling and storage of food and beverages.
● Operate point-of-sale systems and handle payments from guests.
● Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
● Adhere to company policies and procedures.
● Communicate effectively with other staff members, including kitchen staff and other servers and bartenders, to ensure that events run smoothly and efficiently.
● Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
● Provide recommendations and suggestions to guests for food and beverage selection.
● Uphold a high level of cleanliness and organization in the space and behind the bar.
● Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
