What’s the Opportunity?

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking Construction Labourers to join our dynamic team. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals on large-scale civil projects, contributing to meaningful work that shapes the future of our communities.

This is a year-round position, including winter operations such as heating and hoarding of temporary structures.

Normal hours are Monday to Friday 7 am to 4pm sometimes may require a Saturday.  Person applying must be able to travel between both sites within 3km by himself.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Support excavation, trenching, and pipe installation

· Assist with concrete forming, pouring, and finishing

· Load, move, and organize materials and equipment

· Build, maintain, and dismantle temporary hoarding and heating systems

· Maintain a clean, safe, and productive job site

What You Bring

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Experience in construction, civil, or utility work (preferred)

· Ability to operate hand and power tools safely

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

· WHMIS, Working at Heights, and Confined Space training (assets)

· Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to safety

· Willingness to learn and follow instructions
