We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Project Coordinator to support our project management team in the execution and delivery of projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, this entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in project management, offering hands-on experience in measuring sites, coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring effective communication among project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reading architectural plans
  • Completing site measurements
  • Liaison with builder contacts on scheduling and delivery dates
  • Supporting communication between the project manager, team members, and clients
  • Identify risks and site issues to report to the Project Manager
  • Site visits to monitor installation progress
  • Assist with deliveries and service work when required

Qualifications:

  • Degree or related field experience in architecture, business management, or project management
  • 0–2 years of relevant work experience
  • Basic understanding of architectural drawings, including 2020 program
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
  • Basic carpentry and familiarity with tools an assets
