Fire Technician

We are seeking a skilled Fire Technician to join our team. As an Technician, you will be responsible for performing Annual Fire Safety Inspections including Fire Alarm, Emergency lighting systems, Fire Extinguishers and Fire Hoses for commercial properties. Your expertise in safety procedures and reporting will be essential in ensuring the safety and security of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• identifying Fire Deficiencies while performing the Annual Fire Safety Inspection
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of installed systems
• Provide technical support to customers regarding the Annual Fire Safety Inspection
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed

Experience: To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience and skills:

• Previous experience as a Fire Technician or similar role
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for installation and repair work
• Ability to read and document detailed reports
• Strong knowledge of Ontario Fire Code
• a valid drivers license is required and use of occasional personal vehicle
• Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and find effective solutions
