ROUNDTABLES

Roundtables

Our roundtables are designed specifically with employer and incumbent worker voices in mind. We focus primarily on issues related to worker attraction and job retention. What is discussed in the roundtables will be used to establish best practices and real-world solutions that employers can take with them into their workplaces going forward. In its current phase, Work Matters is focusing on the early childhood education and skilled trades sectors in Lanark and Renfrew Counties.
