As a dishwasher and receiving associate, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the cleanliness of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment used in the restaurant. Additionally, you will be responsible for receiving and storing incoming deliveries and maintaining inventory records. Your specific duties will include:

Dishwashing:
● Operating the dishwasher and ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized.
● Sorting and organizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment and returning them to their appropriate storage areas.
● Keeping the dishwashing area clean and organized, including regularly emptying trash and recycling containers and wiping down surfaces.
● Assisting with other kitchen tasks as needed, such as prepping ingredients, restocking supplies, and cleaning kitchen equipment.

Receiving:
● Receiving and inspecting incoming deliveries to ensure they meet quality and safety standards and match purchase orders.
● Recording all incoming deliveries in inventory management software and ensuring that inventory records are accurate and up-to-date.
● Properly storing incoming inventory in designated storage areas and rotating stock to ensure that the oldest items are used first.
● Transferring inventory to required storage, and multi unit food and beverage locations on site.
● Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the receiving area, including sweeping, mopping, and removing trash.
