Storage Facility Operator

Toy Storage Ottawa provides secure and convenient storage solutions for a variety of vehicles, boats, and RVs (aka TOYS!). Our services include indoor heated, indoor covered, and outdoor storage options, ensuring the safety and accessibility of our customers’ possessions.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a mechanically inclined, customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Storage Facility Operator. This role involves assisting with the daily operations of the facility, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the maintenance and security of the storage units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with storage inquiries and bookings.
• Addressing customer needs promptly and professionally.
• Perform maintenance and inspections of storage facility.
• Ensure the security and cleanliness of the facility.
• Help with the setup and organization of Toys on site.
• Assist with the coordination of drop-offs and pick-ups.

Qualifications:

• Mechanically inclined with basic maintenance skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work during weekdays and weekends.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Work Schedule:

• Part-time hours 18-30 hours per week with a requirement to work weekends and additional hours during the busy season.
