Sales-project estimator

Roles and responsibilities

-communication with owner

-communication with clients about all aspects

-scheduling knowledge

-site visits for potential clients

-documenting clients wants/needs

-measuring site requirements

-writing up estimates and filing into system

-creating detailed materials list /other jobsite requirements

-Creating detailed job scope of work detailing for techs

-revisions for estimates

-tracking hours on jobs to ensure no overages
