• Proficient in basic computer literacy.
• Flexible to work at multiple locations.
• Available during the week and on weekends.

Job Description:

The leasing administrator will be responsible for maintaining our company’s reputation for unparalleled customer service whilst selling our self-storage services. We are ready to train interested candidates. We offer highly competitive compensation including bonuses paid twice per year. The leasing administrator will be responsible for responding to employee or guest requests, providing outstanding customer service at all times, greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner, understanding our self-storage services and communicating them effectively to customers, and listening and responding to voicemail and phone inquiries, internet inquiries, and tenant concerns while maintaining courtesy and professionalism in every interaction.
