Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the setup and arrangement of indoor event spaces, including reception halls and dining areas.
  • Collaborate with event planners and coordinators to understand the layout and design requirements for each event.
  • Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and other furniture according to the floor plan and event specifications.
  • Set up decorations, centerpieces, and signage as directed, ensuring they are positioned correctly and securely.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces throughout setup and teardown.
  • Assist with breakdown and cleanup of event spaces following the conclusion of events.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in event setup, hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
