The Role

As Front of House, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and enjoyable experience of guests at our Haunts. You will be responsible for managing the line, assisting guests entering the Haunt, ensuring guests are adhering to safety protocols, and maintaining a positive and friendly atmosphere for all guests.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Organize and manage the Haunt line, ensuring guests follow proper line etiquette, and liaise with Scream Master to ensure group pacing is appropriate, adjusting as needed.
• Provide clear instructions to guests regarding rules, safety guidelines, and any health restrictions.
• Maintain a well-organized line area, making sure it’s safe, clean, and free of obstructions.
• Address guest questions, and concerns, and provide information about the Haunt and Farm facilities in a friendly and professional manner.
• Respond promptly to any potential safety concerns, taking appropriate actions to ensure the well-being of guests and actors.
• Communicate effectively with other staff members regarding any issues, maintenance needs, or guest situations that may arise.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of guests.
• Composure and ability to communicate with confidence and calmness when faced with unruly guests
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow safety protocols rigorously.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
• Customer service orientation and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
