Role Description
The Client and Operations Specialist will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities include managing administrative and operational workflows, assisting with client inquiries, and maintaining organized documentation. The role also involves coordinating communication between team members and external parties to ensure seamless processes. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Carleton Place, ON.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to assess processes and data for effective decision-making
Excellent Communication skills to liaise with clients, partners and team members effectively
Experience in Operations Management with a focus on process optimization and efficiency
Proficiency in delivering exceptional Customer Service and maintaining customer satisfaction
Capability in Administrative Assistance, including organizing files, scheduling, event planning and supporting team activities
Proficiency in relevant tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Business Solutions)
Experience with Marketing, graphic design and digital marketing would be an asset.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
