As a Bakery Team Member, you will be responsible for assisting with the production of high-quality baked goods and the production of high-quality baked goods in a large-scale bakery and production facility. Your key responsibilities will include:

● Assisting with the preparation and production of baked goods, in accordance with established recipes and procedures.
● Shaping dough such as breads, pies, pastries, cakes, etc.
● Decorating baked goods with frosting, icing, and other toppings as needed.
● Operating bakery equipment, such as mixers, ovens, and proofers, in a safe and efficient manner.
● Maintaining a clean and organized bakery environment, including equipment, utensils, and workspaces.
● Ensuring that all baked goods are baked to the appropriate temperature and consistency, and are visually appealing.
● Assisting with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and notifying the bakery team leader when supplies need to be reordered.
● Adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations, including proper storage, handling, and labeling of food products.
● Assisting with the cleaning and maintenance of bakery equipment, as needed.
