Dietary Aide/Server

Orchard View Gardens is a privately owned retirement residence located in Almonte. Our home is comprised of seniors at different levels of ability, ranging from assisted living to memory care through to end of life. We are in search of dedicated/experienced Dietary Aides/Servers to join our team under the guidance of our Dining Room Manager to provide our residents with an exceptional quality dining experience each day. Duties: • Greet and inform residents of available menu selections. • Takes orders from the residents and assists them with meal selections if needed. • Serve meals to residents in a friendly and pleasant manner, while observing special diet restrictions and preferences. • Clean and disinfect tables at the end of each meal and reset for next seating. • Clean and disinfect working stations. • Helps with dishwashing and put away clean dishes. • Other duties as required Qualifications: • Previous experience in dining service preferred but not mandatory. • Knowledge of safe food-handling helpful.
