Production Assistant – Part Time

We’re hiring part-time and full-time Production Assistants. This is a hands-on role that includes both making chocolate and packaging finished products. You’ll work alongside our chocolate makers throughout the production process and help keep things moving each day.

Tasks include:

• Assisting chocolate makers during production runs
• Operating production equipment with hands-on training
• Packaging finished chocolate products
• Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and workspaces
• Supporting other production tasks as needed

Training & growth
You’ll receive formal and hands-on training in food and workplace safety, equipment operation, and quality control.

What we’re looking for:

• No experience required; we’re looking for people who are eager to learn
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Comfort lifting up to 15 kg regularly and standing for long periods
• Good verbal and written communication
• Reliability and punctuality

Details 
Location: Almonte, ON, about 35 minutes west of downtown Ottawa. There is no public transit access; your own transportation is required.
Hours: Part-time and full-time positions available. Full-time hours are typically 37–40 per week.
Schedule: Full-time positions are five days per week, including one weekend day.
Wage: Starting at $19+/hour, depending on experience.
