Maintenance (On-Call)

PART-TIME ON-CALL
MAINTENANCE

POSITION/QUALIFICATIONS:
•Responsible for the day-to-day operations associated with maintaining the facilities and services of Lanark Lodge.
•Grade twelve (12) and minimum two (2) year diploma in building maintenance or deemed skills equivalent of up to two (2) years.
•Minimum of two (2) years of experience in maintenance at a similar sized facility.
•Proven ability to read and interpret architectural, electrical and mechanical schematics/drawings.
•Proficient computer skills, previous experience with computerized preventative maintenance systems an asset.

This is an existing vacant position with a salary range is $28.57 to $29.45 hourly (2026 rates) as per the C.U.P.E Collective Agreement.
