What You’ll Do

As our Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the high standards our customers have come to expect.

Your responsibilities will include:

Working directly with the owner to coordinate projects and company priorities.

Leading and working with crews on-site while fostering a positive, respectful, and productive team culture.

Supporting technicians through coaching, mentoring, and problem-solving.

Building strong relationships with clients through clear communication and exceptional service.

Scheduling projects, coordinating crews, trades, and materials.

Conducting site visits and project inspections.

Measuring projects and assessing job site requirements.

Creating detailed material take-offs and ensuring everything is ready before work begins.

Maintaining quality control and ensuring company standards are consistently met.

Identifying challenges early and finding practical, cost-effective solutions.

Helping improve systems, processes, and the overall customer experience.

 

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be successful if you have:

Experience managing residential construction or renovation projects.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support a team.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Exceptional organization and time management abilities.

A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Confidence making decisions and solving problems independently.

The flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multiple active projects.

Experience reading plans, measuring projects, and preparing material lists.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
