Shade Group is seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Office Administrator to keep our daily operations running smoothly. This role is the hub of our office: supporting the team, assisting with coordination, and welcoming clients with professionalism and warmth.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a community-focused workplace and values a consistent schedule with flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and daily correspondence
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems and office organization
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, and basic project tracking
  • Provide light bookkeeping support (QuickBooks experience an asset)
  • Support internal team needs and office logistics

What You Bring

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Clear, friendly communication skills
  • Dependability and a team-first mindset

Hours & Pay

  • Approximately 20–25 hours per week
  • Ideal schedule: 10 AM–3 PM (flexible for the right candidate)
  • Competitive hourly rate based on experience
