Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic baker to join our team. As a baker, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the preparation and production of breads, buns and other baked goods.
Duties
– Preparation of all doughs – breads, buns etc (sourdough and yeast based)
– Forming, shaping, topping all assigned products
– Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and work area
– Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistent quality
– Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations
– Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
– Able to work variable shifts
Skills
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
– Ability to work independently and with others
– Ability to follow recipes accurately and efficiently
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Experience Required:
Commercial Kitchen experience 3 – 5 years
Baking experience: 3 – 5 years
Proof of bakery certification from an accredited college
Current / active Food handler’s certificate
