Bookkeeper

Carlisle Mechanical is a growing HVAC company based in Perth, Ontario, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team in a flexible, part-to-full-time role.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, is comfortable with day-to-day financial tracking, and is happy working independently while collaborating with a senior accountant for guidance.

What You’ll Do

• Organize and manage receipts and daily expenses
• Perform basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks
• Maintain accurate financial records and data entry
• Assist with reconciliations and general ledger updates
• Work alongside a senior accountant for direction and oversight
• Support overall financial organization of the business

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with numbers and financial records
