About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Assistant to join our Accounting Department. The successful candidate will support day-to-day financial operations and help ensure accurate record keeping and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

·         Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

·         Assist with invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups

·         Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts

·         Assist with month-end and year-end reporting

·         Provide administrative support to the Accounting team

·         Prepare reports for management review

·         Contribute to the overall efficiency of the finance department

·         Be willing to share general office duties as required

Qualifications

·         Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

·         Proficiency with accounting ERP software

·         Strong Excel and data entry skills

·         High attention to detail and accuracy

·         Ability to manage deadlines and work independently and as a team member
