Goal setting is one of the most basic and essential skills someone can develop. In this on-line course it will touch on goal characteristics, time management, making a to do list, and what to do when setbacks occur. It will cover strategies to help you overcome procrastination. These skills will translate into increased satisfaction in your professional and personal lives. We all need goals, both large and small.
