Customer Service 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM Customer Service is paramount to businesses. No matter the position, each and every one of us serves customers, whether we realize it or not. The success of a business is dependent on its quality of customer service.
In this on-line course we will look at all types of customers and how we can serve them better and improve ourselves in the process. You will be provided with a strong skill set including in-person and over the phone techniques, dealing with difficult customers, and generating business.
The course objective are: stating what customer services means in relation to all your customers, both internal and external, recognizing how your attitude affects customer service, identifying your customer's needs, using outstanding customer service to generate return business, building good will through in-person customer service, providing outstanding customer service over the phone, connecting with customers through on-line tools, and dealing with difficult customers.
